We are excited to announce that we are partnering with the Bridgton Community Center in Bridgton to offer  a weekly ​Chair Yoga class on Fridays! This class will taught by Susan Kane, who many of you may know from her work in western Maine as a Yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner.

Chair yoga can lessen the impact of chronic illness and pain.  It may also help cope with feelings of isolation.  Being calmer and more relaxed inevitably leads to a greater feeling of happiness and well-being. Susan Kane teaches this class, which can easily be modified to everyone’s ability level. 

This Chair Yoga class is open to the public but it is FREE for any cancer patients and their caregiver. For the general public, it is $10.00 per session.
