Virtual Weekly Wellness Classes

Picture
As part of our Live Well Program, We are happy to be able to bring you a variety of free, live, virtual wellness programs as well as a library of recorded sessions - Yoga, Meditation, Cooking, etc., that you can now access on demand on our new YouTube Channel , your home computer, tablet or smart phone.

All you need to do is choose a class below and register. Before the date/time of the class, you will be sent an email with a link to videoconference into that class using Zoom. Just save that email (or if prompted, you can save it to your virtual calendar), and on the day/time for the class you chose, you need to click on the link and you will be connected.

Note: if you are using a smart phone, you will want to download the zoom.us app on your phone before trying to connect to a session for the first time.

From young to old, beginners to seasoned exercisers, Erin makes the goals of getting stronger, healthier and more confident in yourself, accessible to all.  If you have small exercise hand weights, have them available.  If not, you can put two soup cans in each of two Hannaford type grocery bags - these make a great  substitute!
